Include competitor and category prompts

A brand-only prompt can hide weakness. Category and competitor prompts reveal whether the market sees your product as part of the consideration set.

Separate mention, position, and citation

Track whether the brand appears, where it appears, and which URL supports the answer. These three signals should not be blended into one score.
